By using the MedPlus Teleconsultation service (“Service”), you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Service Overview

The MedPlus Teleconsultation Service allows users to consult licensed medical professionals online through our partner, Mobihealth. MedPlus provides the platform and medication fulfillment; all medical consultations and advice are delivered solely by Mobihealth doctors.

2. Medical Disclaimer

MedPlus is not a healthcare provider and does not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical opinions, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations are the sole responsibility of the attending doctor. MedPlus is not liable for any medical outcomes, omissions, or misdiagnoses arising from your consultation.

3. Prescription Fulfilment

Prescriptions issued during teleconsultations are sent digitally to MedPlus for fulfilment. Medication availability is subject to stock, legal restrictions, and location. MedPlus reserves the right to substitute or reject items that are unavailable or restricted under applicable laws.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • All consultation fees are payable in advance.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled appointments once a booking is confirmed.
  • Refunds may only be granted in verified cases of system error or platform failure, at MedPlus's discretion.

5. Data Protection & Information Sharing

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to MedPlus sharing your name, age, gender, and reported symptoms with Mobihealth solely to facilitate your consultation. This information will not be used for any other purpose and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. MedPlus will maintain strict security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of your information.

6. Technical Limitations

While MedPlus strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. MedPlus is not liable for dropped calls, connectivity issues, or third-party system failures during your consultation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MedPlus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this service.
  • MedPlus shall not be responsible for any acts, errors, or omissions by doctors or medical professionals participating in the service.

All consultations are at the user's sole risk.

8. Emergency Disclaimer

This service is not intended for medical emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital or contact emergency services immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

MedPlus may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
